She oversees a global team of 200+ legal and risk professionals across more than 40 countries, spanning legal, enterprise risk, sustainability, ethics and compliance, security and crisis management, and insurance. With extensive experience in cross-border transactions, disputes, crisis management and corporate governance, Sabrina brings a business-focused approach to navigating complex risks while enabling commercial growth. She is also passionate about technology, automation and data-driven legal operations, using innovative solutions to streamline processes, demonstrate tangible value and strengthen the legal function's strategic impact across the business.
