Alexander Arato is the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Global Head of Privacy & Cyber Security for TKO (NYSE: TKO) and Endeavor, global sports and media companies. In that role, he is primarily responsible for overseeing Endeavor’s global privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence compliance initiatives. Previously, he was the lead lawyer for three Endeavor business units: Endeavor Streaming, Endeavor Analytics and MainConcept. Prior to working for Endeavor, he was the General Counsel for NeuLion, Inc., an industry leading streaming solution provider. Mr. Arato served in various roles in the Computer Associates’ legal department from 2000 to 2015, including Managing Attorney. He spent years in private civil litigation practice before moving in house; primarily with Manatt, Phelps and Phillips and then Heller Ehrman in Los Angeles, CA.
