Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer Prudential

Jeff is the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer of Prudential Financial, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s global compliance organization and the company’s global business ethics efforts. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions within Law, Compliance, Business Ethics & External Affairs including Chief Legal Officer, Global Technology and Operations and head of LCBE Services, Chief Legal Officer of Prudential’s Marketing Office and Group Insurance, head of Technology Law, and Chief Operations Officer for LCBE, where he was responsible for managing the department’s operations functions. Jeff has over 30 years of legal and compliance experience in the financial services industry and has expertise in regulatory matters, complex information technology and business process outsourcing transactions, and Law and Compliance strategy and operations. Before joining Prudential in 1997, Jeff was in private practice. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
