Jen is a frequent speaker on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry, a facilitator of anti-bias workshops for the Anti-Defamation League, and a member of the 4A’s Legal Affairs Committee. In 2020, she founded “Racism Has No Home Here,” a grassroots organization focused on anti-racism and anti-discrimination community-based work. She is a very loyal Penn State alum (We Are!) and a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
