Jen guides Omnicom Health through the legal complexities of our business while focusing on our core values and strategic direction. With more than 20 years of experience counseling advertising and marketing companies, Jen brings in-depth industry knowledge to her role. She is business-minded and focused on getting our companies and our clients where they want to go in the most strategic, forward-thinking, and risk-averse way. Jen is a frequent speaker on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry, a facilitator of anti-bias workshops for the Anti-Defamation League, and a member of the 4A’s Legal Affairs Committee. In 2020, she founded “Racism Has No Home Here,” a grassroots organization focused on anti-racism and anti-discrimination community-based work. She is a very loyal Penn State alum (We Are!) and a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
