Shelly serves as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADI), a global semiconductor company, headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts. In this role, she manages ADI’s day-to-day legal function and oversees the legal team, including Commercial Transactions, Corporate, Securities and M&A, Employment, Labor and Immigration, and Intellectual Property teams. Shelly provides support to the ADI Board of Directors and is Assistant Secretary of ADI. She also serves as Secretary of the Analog Devices Foundation. Prior to joining ADI, Shelly was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Citrix in Burlington, Massachusetts, where she led the team supporting SEC filings, strategic transactions, executive compensation and corporate governance matters. Prior to that, she was a Corporate Associate at Brown Rudnick LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Shelly holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Shelly is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a registered patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
