Tracey Cushing Gilliam is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of TransUnion, a global consumer credit reporting agency operating in more than thirty countries. She oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, ethics, and investigations. Prior to joining TransUnion in March 2024, Tracey served as Global Chief Compliance Officer at WTW and previously held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at WeWork, MetLife, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she spent 15 years in a variety of legal leadership positions. She began her career in private practice at Shearman & Sterling in New York. Tracey holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

4:45 PM SCENARIO SIMULATION: A FICTIONAL CRISIS CHALLENGE FOR GENERAL COUNSEL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS

In this interactive session, the group will be assigned a fictional company facing a high-pressure crisis. Over 30 minutes, the team will work together to develop a practical strategy and action roadmap that could be applied to a similar situation in their own organizations. The exercise focuses on delivering concrete takeaways, helping attendees identify priorities, anticipate risks, and build actionable steps that can inform their real-world crisis planning and decision-making. There are two slots of six available.
