Kate has been at the FT since 2023 and leads their award-winning Data Governance, Data Science & AI, Analytics, Research and BI disciplines. With nearly 30 years' experience across leading consumer-facing organisations within retail, travel and media, she has a passion for driving commercial value through using data to understand and influence customer behaviours. An established industry commentator, Board Advisor and mentor, Kate is also committed to supporting the sustainability of Data & Analytics as a capability through encouraging early years' skills development and awareness of careers in the field.
