Mohit Joshi is a data and AI leader at Collinson Group, where he is driving the company’s transformation toward becoming an AI-first business through empowered people and responsible adoption.

With deep expertise in data architecture, analytics engineering, and intelligent platform design, Mohit leads initiatives that fuse data strategy, customer insight, and AI innovation to deliver measurable business value. His work spans the modernisation of data platforms, the operationalisation of machine learning and generative AI, and the creation of agentic systems and intelligent data products that enhance personalisation and customer experience across travel and loyalty domains.

In his current role, Mohit oversees delivery of strategic priorities including data availability, billing modernisation, profile enrichment, AI enablement, and platform resilience. He has led initiatives introducing SnapLogic, SnapGPT, and enterprise AI tools to Collinson, while fostering a culture of AI literacy, experimentation, and cross-functional innovation through programmes like the AI Bronze Medal and internal AI agent development.

Mohit is passionate about human-centred AI, bridging technical depth with business relevance. His recent work includes designing Collinson’s agentic AI architecture, advancing genii use cases, and shaping frameworks for AI governance and value measurement.

When he’s not building data and AI systems, Mohit speaks and writes about how organisations can unlock the next wave of growth by responsibly embedding intelligence into everyday decisions, products, and services.
