Hilary’s career is centred around driving and embedding technical Engineering initiatives and improvements in Lloyds Banking Group through managing Engineering Transformation, Platform decommissioning, huge infrastructure, and multi-bank regulatory programmes. Her passion and dedication have resulted in impressive outcomes, with multi-million-pound benefits being realised and new engineering capabilities being embedded across the Bank, enabling LBG to be more innovative, disruptive, and sustainable. Hilary's current role is Head of Engineering Productivity Services Lab - with focus on Productivity Measurement and Insight, improving Engineering Experience and accelerating productivity by removing friction points.
Introducing Engineering Productivity measurement and analysis to Lloyds Banking Group - the UK's largest bank, with ambition to become the UK's largest FinTech. To enable the aspiration - focus is needed on both Qualitative and Quantitative data points to inform our products and service to our Engineering community.
