In this presentation we will share our approach to developer productivity; how we enable autonomous product teams to take ownership of their improvements using research and data, capabilities through tooling and by building an internal community. We will discuss practical examples of how we have helped teams improve their flow, the role of developer experience, and the impact of effective communication and team building.
