11:30 AM Bringing Together Cross-Functional Teams To Lead Digital Workplace Initiatives

Collaboration between workplace technology teams, intranet owners, communications leaders, and employee experience specialists is now critical to the future of the ever-evolving digital-enabled workplace. These relationships, however, do not grow overnight. Roles and responsibilities need to be established ahead of business-wide transitions in order to be fully effective, rather than an afterthought.

After a 4 week rollout of Workplace by Facebook, enabled by the foundational relationship between Technology and Communications, Kyla and Nathan will be able to draw on nib’s successful first steps of their modern digital workplace to help employees connect, share stories and create a greater sense of purpose.

This workshop will navigate the fundamental challenge of initiating positive working relationships between a new type of project team with a shared vision, strong call to action and joint accountability.

Who should attend?
With the cross section of IT and Communications growing closer together to drive digitally enabled workplace initiatives, this workshop will be key for business units seeking to improve partnerships between traditionally disparate teams with the end goal of enhancing employee experience.

Key Benefits and Takeaways:

  • Building a cross-functional project team and establishing roles and responsibilities
