Vishal comes with an experience of heading various functions (Operational Excellence, Service management, Infra, BPO & Project management) on global projects in ATM/Service Management, Remote Infrastructure Management, & various levels of IT related support with renowned giants like OKI India, HCL, Diebold Nixdorf, SITEL, Sutherland, Airtel & Nokia. Currently he is leading the Services teams (Field, Remote support & Account management teams) in OKI India Pvt Ltd. He has exposure of engaging with affluence customers from various industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Retail & CPG and BFSI. Vishal is tech graduate & is IIM Alumni, Certified in Six Sigma Blackbelt, ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 Auditor, Prince 2 Practioner & ITIL .
