Beverly Shin joined Beachbody, LLC in October 2020 to head the IP team and support other parts of the business. She currently manages the intellectual property portfolio, which includes trademarks, patents, copyrights, domains, enforcement and litigation, for the Beachbody, Myx Fitness and Ladder brands, and handles marketing and commercial matters. Prior to Beachbody, Beverly served most recently as Vice President, Intellectual Property & Marketing at Harman International, a Samsung company, for over 14 years. She managed an intellectual property portfolio of 7000 patents and 3500 trademarks for nearly 20 brands, as well as IP licensing, enforcement, litigation, and was head Marketing Counsel for the Chief Marketing Officer and his global team. Beverly also served as AGC, Harman Professional Division, during her time at Harman. Prior to Harman, she spent 5 years at Oakley, Inc. managing their IP portfolio and international enforcement.
