Mr. Fleischman is a team lead in the IP Portfolio Management and Client Solutions team in IBM’s IP and Licensing practice. Tom currently specializes in several key aspects of Intellectual Property: Advanced Analytics and Landscaping, Tools analysis, development and support, Patent and Industry Landscaping and Infringement Opportunities. He is also currently working on Cognitive/Watson tool development projects focused specifically on Patents and Patent Analytics.

Mr. Fleischman has a broad 34+ year background based in engineering and technology, and for the past 14 years has worked in IP Licensing and Management. He is an IBM Master Inventor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NYU Polytechnic Institute.
