Scott McBride

Scott McBride is a partner at McAndrews. He specializes in the litigation and trial of patent cases in federal courts and before the Patent Office. Scott has a proven ability to help clients procure or acquire valuable intellectual property to protect their business, reach advantageous resolutions of disputes, and aggressively litigate patents when necessary. Scott has worked with a wide array of technologies, including wearable glucose monitors, touch-free credit cards, satellites, welding, drug-eluting stents, telecommunications, surgical tools, medical imaging, semiconductor chips, hard drives, operating room automation, and surgical robotics. In addition to his law degree, Scott received a B.S. in Astrophysics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Aside from work, Scott enjoys hiking, biking, golf, and downhill skiing.
