Dato’ Dr. Colin Lee Soon Soo is a distinguished medical professional, innovator and healthcare facilities developer with over three decades of experience spanning clinical medicine, fertility technologies, medical research, and healthcare infrastructure development. He graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and specialised in Obstetrics and Gynecology, obtaining postgraduate qualifications from London and Singapore, further subspecialising in fertility treatment with special interest in pre-implantation genetic testing.

Internationally recognised as a leader in IVF, Dato’ Dr. Lee has achieved more than a dozen world-firsts in the field. His clinical innovations significantly improved IVF success rates in Malaysia.

He founded and developed several leading fertility and medical centres, including Damansara Fertility Centre, Tropicana Medical Centre, TMC Fertility Centre, Alpha IVF and Women's Specialist Centre, and Genesis IVF Centre, housing world-leading pre-implantation genetic testing facilities.In 2005, he became the first in the world to publicly list an IVF practice on a stock exchange, and in 2024, successfully listed Alpha IVF Group on The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. In 2017 he received a Lifetime Achievement in Medicine Award.

Over the years, Dato’ Dr. Lee has published and presented more than 200 scientific and medical papers in medical journals and congresses both locally and internationally.
