Leading a team of five within a wider legal function of 30, Jenny was recognized as a legal operations early-adopter, winning The Lawyer's inaugural In-House Legal Operations Team of the Year Award in 2020. Jenny is a key driver of legal service-delivery, managing all non-legal activities. She has led numerous operational excellence, cost-efficiency and change-management initiatives, including developing strategic and operating model plans, acquisition integrations, regulatory change project management, technology implementations, and process improvement. Jenny is known for her critical thinking and passion for problem-solving. She is a culture-first contributor and prides herself on delivering with courageous integrity in-line with organisational values.
