Sam has over 14 years of experience specializing in food & beverage master planning, trend analysis, spatial planning, forecasting of sustainable F&B GLA, and, management control systems, specifically for retail centres, mixed use developments and leisure precincts. His passion to follow food & beverage and fashion trends has allowed him to travel expansively for various international projects.
Sam’s talent to develop strong working relationships with senior level executives and key stakeholders, and adapting to the intricacies of diverse cultures and attitudes of the international business landscape has enabled the successful delivery of complex projects across The Middle East, Malaysia, China, South America, USA, Canada, Russia, South Korea, and, the Australian markets.
While Sam is originally from Canada, he completed his MBA in International Brand Development & Management from EU Business School (The European University), Brussels, Belgium and specialized in International Business Development for his MBA from Harvard University, Cambridge MA, USA.
