Jaz is a Commerce Director at Omnicom Media Group, and co-founder of Neurodiversity in Media (NDIM), a non-profit initiative aimed at raising awareness of neuroinclusion in the workplace. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in 2021, Jaz has regularly written about her experiences as a late diagnosed woman, neurodivergent mother and how she's approached opening up about neurodiversity at work based on her own challenges of getting workplace accommodations.
