Simon is co-founder of NDIM - Neurodiversity in media and is the author of its 4S manifesto for industry workplaces. He is also the founder of Archmon, his marketing consultancy since 2019 that supports both brands and agencies with practical support with marketing and media strategy, new business and client success. Prior to this, Simon worked in major agency groups in senior facing roles in Publicis, Omnicom & WPP, independents, client side support and media owners, within which has had a garnered full spectrum of experience of the system for not only for the benefit of clients, but of the challenges faced for neurodivergent working. Late diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago, this was the genesis of NDIM we are discussing today
