NSW’s Latest Stadia Redevelopment Projects Update: Optimising Fan Experience and Economic Growth through Innovative Design

The NSW Government is currently working to deliver significant upgrades to sporting and entertainment infrastructure. Having recently completed Bankwest Stadium in Western Sydney, the government is now setting its sights on redeveloping Sydney Olympic Park’s ANZ Stadium in an effort to update the venue to contemporary standards and provide a world class experience for spectators, enhancing NSW’s position as a global sporting destination.

We caught up with Paul Doorn, CEO at Venues NSW to further explore these two stadia projects and the benefits they are set to deliver to both visitors and the surrounding areas through effective design and development practices, ahead of the Smart Stadium & Arena Congress 2019.
