The $972 million Melbourne Park Redevelopment has been delivered over nearly 10-years in the heart of Melbourne. Construction has recently started on its third and final stage. Home to the Australian Open tennis tournament, and more than 600 entertainment events, the world famous precinct attracts more than two million visitors per year. This session will explore project governance and how development and delivery has been managed while ensuring the fan experience is maintained and enhanced.
