Bhupinder Singh is the President of Asia Pacific at Vodafone Business, where he leads commercial operations across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and India, supporting Vodafone’s multinational enterprise customers. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving digital transformation, sustainable growth, and customer-centric innovation across some of the world’s most dynamic markets.

With more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, Bhupinder has held a series of leadership roles within Vodafone since 2013, including Head of Customer Success, Head of Commercial and Service Management, and Head of Customer Solutions and Service Operations. His work has focused on building high-performance teams, delivering measurable customer outcomes, and operationalising Vodafone’s global service delivery across multiple regions.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Bhupinder held senior leadership positions at Cable & Wireless Worldwide, including Vice President for Service Delivery in Asia-Pacific and Country Manager for Hong Kong. His expertise spans customer experience, enterprise transformation, service integration, and regional business leadership.

Bhupinder holds an MBA in Asia Pacific Management from the National University of Singapore, an MBA in International Business from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and has completed executive programs at The Wharton School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
