Aibhinn Kelleher is a Senior Platform Policy Lead for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Spotify. Aibhinn and her team develop the rules determining what content can be shared on Spotify, focusing on enabling creative expression while minimizing the potential for offline harm. She has over 15 years of experience in policy, social impact, and regulatory compliance across the tech and broadcast sectors. Aibhinn previously worked with Meta and YouTube, engaging with external stakeholders and developing policy and operational reform recommendations in critical internet safety and expression areas.
