James is a senior lawyer with 18+ years experience developing privacy/digital compliance programmes in major international organisations. He joined Snap in 2022 to co-lead its global privacy and regulatory team, and provides strategic legal advice for Snapchat and other services on privacy, security, AI, age appropriate design, online safety and other digital platform laws in EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Snap, James held similar positions in house at PlayStation and Grosvenor and was a senior Associate at law firm Bristows.
