Co-creation is at the heart of Dementia Australia (DA) and Swinburne University’s “A Better Visit” application. Designed to help build relationships and engagement between residents, their families and staff, hear how:
- The co-creation process brought up ideas DA hadn’t even thought of when they first planned it
- Online solutions were not feasible because they had distractions, were unintuitive and not a tailorable solution
- The day they launched “A Better Visit”, the results were visible and immediate and people were having fun!
