Elder Rights Advocacy provides information and direct advocacy support to older people receiving or eligible for Commonwealth-funded aged care services.
Elder Rights Advocacy also delivers the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) in all areas across Victoria. The ACVVS links volunteer visitors with older people experiencing social isolation and loneliness.

The ACVVS is a free service that matches volunteers with socially isolated people living in an aged care home or in their own home and receiving or waiting to receive services through a home care package.
