Joe Haley
Foundation Innovation Lead Shell International Ltd.
Joe joined the Ecowende project in 2023 as part of the project team following the successful bid phase. He has been responsible for several major foundation innovations, most notably the successful application of Vibrojetting. As package lead for this scope, Joe has been involved in all aspects of delivering this innovation—from conceptual design through detailed design, fabrication, and offshore execution. Prior to Ecowende, Joe worked as an Offshore Structures Engineer at Shell for 10 years, across both oil & gas and offshore wind. In this role, he has supported asset operations and major projects across Europe and Australia.
