Senior Engineer Statkraft

With over 20 years of experience in offshore wind foundation design, Paul Misic currently serves as Foundation Lead at Statkraft, driving innovation in renewable energy. Specialising in structural integrity and advanced analysis techniques—including FEA and integrated load assessments—Paul collaborates across a range of disciplines to deliver cost-efficient, standards-compliant foundation designs aligned with DNV and IEC benchmarks. Prior roles at Ramboll, COWI, Aker/Kværner, and TDA have shaped contributions to global offshore wind projects, optimising monopile, jacket, and floating foundations. Paul’s portfolio includes over 350 foundation designs supporting 2.5 GW of installed power all around the world.
