Offshore Structural Manager Vena Group
Ting graduated with Degree (First Class, UK) in 1999 and as PhD Doctorate (UK) in 2004. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 26 years of experience, in which 15 years full time in the offshore wind. He has successfully completed various offshore wind turbine and offshore substation in Europe (UK, Germany) and Asia (Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Korea and Japan). This includes for both fixed (monopile, jacket, suction bucket) and floating projects. He took leading roles in Fixed Foundation (14years) and Floating Projects (9 months). He has hold roles including Engineer, Business Development, Principal Engineer, Technical Director, Owner Engineer, Design Manager, Package Manager, Technical Manager. He has also lead different phases from Feasibility to O&M.
