Ting graduated with first class degree in 1999 and as PhD Doctorate in Concrete Technology (UK) in 2003. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 25 years of working experience, in which 14 years full time (since 2011) in the offshore wind farm world. He has successfully completed various offshore wind turbine and offshore substation in Europe (UK, Germany) and Asia (Taiwan, Vietnam, China and Japan). This includes development of offshore wind farms, for fixed and floating.
