Pauline Reich

Pauline C. Reich is an American lawyer and was a tenured Full Professor at Waseda University, Tokyo, 1995-2017. She is the Founder/Director of the Asia-Pacific Cyberlaw, Cybercrime and Internet Security Research Institute at Waseda, and continues as General Editor of the 3-volume law treatise CYBERCRIME AND SECURITY (Thomson Reuters/West/Westlaw/Sweet and Maxwell).  She has been a Senior Fellow at CENS/RSIS/NTU since November 2018. Her work ranges from cryptocurrency and blockchain legislation in Asia to Cybersecurity law and policy. She is the co-author of the book LAW, POLICY AND TECHNOLOGY: CYBERTERRORISM, INFORMATION WARFARE AND INTERNET IMMOBILIZATION (IGI Global, US, 2012).
