At Wells Fargo, he led teams in the development of an ecosystem of tools that supported agile methodologies and product transformation at scale. This ecosystem enabled strategic planning, initiative prioritization, and work delivery among 40,000 globally-distributed technologists while integrating change management governance, capacity planning, and financial oversight of over $6B in labor expenses.

As a Strategic Solutions and Transformation Advisor, he focuses on building relationships and partnering with business and technology leaders to solve strategic challenges. He also identifies insights and provides thought leadership that helps shape Atlassian product capabilities and solutions.
