Aika Beltran is a Senior Legal Counsel at Delivery Hero SE based in Berlin. She joined DHSE’s M&A legal team in 2020. She is a legal operations enthusiast, passionate about data management, automation, and legal tech. Aside from her law degree, she holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communication and a minor in English Literature. Prior to her role in DHSE, she worked in a law firm in Manila, Philippines for several years advising clients from various sectors on corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance, and labor law. In addition to her role as an M&A lawyer in DHSE, she has spearheaded the creation of several trackers and dashboards for her team, some of which have been adopted by other teams in the legal department. She is constantly brainstorming for more ways to help her team increase efficiency and streamline their tasks.
