Leticia oversees the Legal & Compliance department of SaarGummi, a Tier 1 supplier of rubber components in the automotive industry present in 12 countries around the globe and with 7000 employees worldwide. Leticia joined SaarGummi in 2018, developing from zero the legal and compliance functions. Before joining SaarGummi, she worked for four years as an in-house lawyer for a publicly listed company in Luxembourg. She also worked for several years as an associate in a top tier international law firm in Brussels in the international trade and life sciences practice. Leticia holds a master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
