Marina Rubini

Marina Rubini holds a law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. A qualified lawyer, she began her career at top-tier law firms in Italy and abroad before moving into corporate roles, where she held positions of increasing responsibility at major multinational companies including Tamoil, Bayer, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, The Coca-Cola Company, and most recently ABB, within its Robotics and Discrete Automation business area. Marina has also held governance roles in prominent listed companies, serving on Boards of Directors of Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Retelit, and Leonardo. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BNL BNP Paribas and Arnoldo Mondadori Editore. In addition, she plays an active role in advancing digital transformation and the development of artificial intelligence as a member of BonelliErede’s Innovation Think Tank, the Scientific Committee on AI Infrastructure, ESG, and the Future of Computing of the Italian Association for AI Regulation (AIRIA), and the Digital Innovation and Governance Reflection Group of Nedcommunity (an association of independent non‑executive directors).
