As a member of a senior European leadership team in a global matrix consulting organization, Turner & Townsend, Natalia's portfolio spans leading legal (contract reviewer team), risk and compliance management, as well as diversity & inclusion (D&I) operations in Europe in the additional capacity. Combining these two roles has allowed her to lead numerous cross-functional programs and initiatives, transforming vision into action, bringing structure and accountability and enabling organisational success. With a propensity for building stakeholder buy-in, she inspires and drives transformative change both within and beyond formal authority boundaries. Natalia has obtained law degrees in Poland and Germany, as well as MBA from Open University Business School. She is passionate about running efficient organisations, based on the principles of justice and fairness, as well as robust corporate governance.
