Elisheva M. Hirshman is the Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Employment & Litigation at PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH] where she leads a high performing global team of lawyers who support PVH and its iconic brands – Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. PVH is one of the largest global lifestyle companies in the world with approximately 27,000 associates operating in more than 40 countries. She is on both the Global Legal Leadership Team and the Global HR Leadership Team under the PVH General Counsel and the PVH Chief People Officer, respectively. Prior to joining PVH in 2016, Elisheva practiced employment law at DLA Piper LLP where she represented employers, including PVH, and prominent senior executives in all aspects of employment-related litigation and provided counseling on workplace issues. Elisheva started her legal career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and clerked for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She graduated cum laude from both Dartmouth College and the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
