Ritu Jain

Chief Compliance Officer GE Vernova

Ritu Jain is the Chief Compliance Officer for GE Vernova’s Wind segment. In this role, Ritu is responsible for managing the global compliance and ethics program for the segment. She partners with the business leadership to identify emerging risks, deploy policies and programs around risk management strategy and ensure efficient functioning of monitoring and open reporting programs. Ritu joined GE in 2008 as part of the early career Finance program post which she graduated from GE’s premier leadership program, the Corporate Audit Staff. Since then, she has held various roles of increasing responsibility in the Ethics and Compliance function at regional, business and global level managing multiple teams as well as strategic projects.
