Willoughby City Council is in the midst of significant work around human centered design. In the process of using machine learning and RPA to improve their citizen services, Mustafa Ghulam, Manager for Business Improvement and Customer Experience, will present on the significant work the council are undergoing to improve citizen services from a digital lens.
