Romance Fraud Survivor, Advocate & International Speaker International Speaker

I am a romance fraud survivor, international speaker and advocate, using my lived experience to help influence change in the way romance fraud is understood, prevented and responded to.

I now work alongside the fraud prevention industry, law enforcement, policymakers and organisations such as the Online Dating and Discovery Association (ODDA), bringing the survivor voice directly into conversations that can create real change.

My work focuses on the psychological manipulation behind romance fraud, its parallels with coercive control, and the devastating emotional and financial impact that can remain long after the fraud has ended.

I am also campaigning for stronger rights, protection and support for survivors in the UK.

For me, this work is about turning lived experience into action — challenging stigma, improving prevention and making sure survivors have a meaningful voice in shaping the changes needed.
