Dear Colleagues,
The Future Justice and Corrections Summit is not just another event - it’s a call to action. For a decade, this has been the gathering place for frontline officers, correctional leaders, healthcare practitioners, community advocates, NGOs and lived-experience voices who refuse to settle for the status quo. Every year, we come together to challenge, disrupt, and redefine what justice can look like.
In 2026, we go bigger, braver, and bolder. We spotlight women and Indigenous leaders whose courage and vision are setting a new benchmark for leadership. We put mental health and wellbeing at the centre of the conversation, recognising that those who carry the weight of responsibility deserve the same care and support they provide to others. We dive into technology and AI, not as a replacement for humanity, but as a force to amplify connection, efficiency, and compassion in corrections. We talk about reforms in youth justice, advancements in modern prison infrastructure and combatting the use of drone technology.
On 24–25 March at Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, expect two days of fearless dialogue, powerful storytelling and game-changing insights. The energy will be electric. The debates will be raw. The ideas will be daring. And the connections you forge here will drive impact long after the summit is over. This is where justice evolves. This is where courage meets action. This is where you belong.
BE IN THE ROOM. BE HEARD. BE PART OF THE FUTURE.
Kind Regards,
Sakshi Saroha
