Rachel Druckenmiller is a catalyst who releases possibilities in people and in organizations and empowers them to contend for breakthrough in every area of their lives. As a nationally recognized speaker, writer, and change agent, her mission is to rehumanize the workplace by leveraging the power of human connection and training people-first leaders. Rachel brings more than a decade of experience in designing and implementing award-winning culture and wellbeing strategies and leadership training. She speaks at companies and conferences nationally and has worked with Deloitte, Under Armour and T. Rowe Price, among others.
With a refreshing approach and captivating and inviting style, Rachel offers innovative, evidence-based strategies to help organizations engage their employees in meaningful ways, so they can become employers of choice. Rachel was named the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. by the Wellness Council of America in 2015 and among the top 10 in 2017. Employ Humanity named her one of “7 Wellness Leaders Making a Positive Impact” in 2018. In addition, Rachel is a Founding Member of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), an international non-profit focused on giving women voice in their communities and workplaces. She is also a Licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Consultant, a Wellness Culture Coach and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who holds a Master of Science degree and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Rachel has participated in several national, invite-only think tanks to help shape and transform the future of the wellness industry and is often one of the youngest people in the room. As a top industry expert, she has been featured on several podcasts, including the National Wellness Institute, Redesigning Wellness, Gut & Science, and eX The Employee Experience Podcast. She has been featured in three books published in 2018: The Healthy Workplace Nudge, The Epstein Barr Virus Solution, and Unlocking High Performance.
Her leadership has also had a tremendous impact on the very fabric of her company’s culture. As a result, SIG, the Baltimore office of Alera Group, has been recognized as a top workplace by Business Insurance, The Daily Record, The Baltimore Sun, SmartCEO, and When Work Works.
