Sameer Pangrekar has been in the Corporate Real Estate world for over 10 years. Starting in consulting, he worked for Ted Jacob Engineering (TJEG), a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design engineering firm specializing on healthcare projects. While at TJEG, Sameer obtained his professional electrical engineering license. Following TJEG, Sameer worked at WSP, an MEP firm focusing on core and shell projects along with tenant improvement projects. Projects include a new courthouse in San Diego, seismic renovations for UC Berkeley football stadium and serving as the project manager on the Twitter 1355 Market Street project. In 2014, he joined Twitter’s Global Real Estate and Workplace team as a project manager. He began leading the group’s Global Design and Construction team in 2016. In addition, Sameer has led the APAC region for leasing and operations, worked on M&A projects, and other strategic projects. Sameer thrives in bringing together cross functional groups from across Twitter and external partners in delivering complex projects. In his free time he’s golfing as much as possible as him and his wife are expecting their first baby in September.
