At ORIGIN, he designs and leads the compliance program for an SEC-registered investment advisor, interpreting complex regulations like the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the SEC Marketing Rule to enable innovative influencer and testimonial campaigns. Leveraging deep expertise in AI governance, Arian works alongside the rest of the C-suite to translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable strategies that align with ORIGIN’s mission to disrupt traditional wealth management. As the organization’s sole regulatory liaison, Arian manages audits and coordinates with regulatory agencies, while overseeing enterprise-wide legal, risk, and compliance initiatives.

Previously, Arian was Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Genesis Global Fintech, where he built the legal, DPO, and compliance functions from scratch into a global team supporting high-growth operations across five countries. His leadership enabled Genesis to raise $225M in Series C funding, reduce external legal spending by 80%, and close multimillion-dollar software and platform deals with major financial institutions.
