Craig Larrabee

Craig Larrabee was appointed as the Head of Illicit Trade Prevention (ITP) Operations U.S. (Central and Southeast Regions) on October 1, 2025. In this role, Craig leads efforts to combat illicit trade in the United States, protect the Company's reputation by preventing product diversion into unauthorized channels, and safeguard the business and brand against counterfeiting and unfair competition. He is also dedicated to enhancing the Company’s standing as a reliable partner to U.S. law enforcement and government authorities, as well as further establishing the Company’s credibility among legal-age consumers and society at large. Prior to joining the Company, Craig served as Special Agent in Charge (SAC) at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in San Antonio, overseeing criminal investigations across 10 offices and managing more than 700 employees throughout southern Texas. During his tenure as SAC, Craig spearheaded strategic initiatives to optimize agent resource allocation and roles, thereby strengthening the agency’s investigative capabilities. His distinguished law enforcement career of 28 years also includes leadership roles such as Deputy Special Agent in Charge and Assistant Special Agent in Charge of San Antonio; Acting Assistant Director of Investigation for the Office of Professional Responsibility; and Unit Chief of the Special Investigations Unit, among other assignments. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College.
