Gowri Krishnamurthy is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience across the industrial gases, chemicals and energy sectors. Her expertise spans innovation leadership, strategic technology development, programme execution, high-performing team development, open innovation, new offering commercialisation, risk management and intellectual property management. She has a strong track record of delivering significant business and financial value, developing strategic technology portfolios and rapidly commercialising technologies from the laboratory through to field deployment. Gowri has also led global technology teams across three countries, overseeing laboratory and pilot-scale operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and organisational excellence. A versatile technologist, her experience covers hydrogen, air separation, LNG, carbon capture, energy and chemicals, alongside extensive expertise in intellectual asset management and technology stage-gate processes. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and is recognised for building high-performing teams and driving organisational change. Gowri is an inventor with more than 22 patented inventions and 10 pending patent families across multiple business segments. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and is a USPTO-registered patent agent.
