Jennifer has a wealth of experience as a patent attorney and business owner, working with businesses large and small to coordinate global IP portfolios, provide strategic advice, and represent on EPO matters. She is particularly strong in the fields of medical devices, mechanical devices and subsea technology, and apparatus incorporating aspects of physics or electrochemistry. She enjoys discussing commercial aims and developing IP strategies to suit. Jennifer also appears frequently at the EPO for opposition and appeal hearings. She enjoys a debate and believes that the scrutiny and detail of opposition proceedings is the best way to continually hone your skills. Throughout her career with the firm, Jennifer has taken on several senior leadership positions, and continues to lead a strong patent team, with a focus on performance, growth, and people development. Having started her IP career at a Japanese patent firm, she gained invaluable insight into the way different businesses and clients operate.
