Keith Walker

Keith Walker brings over two decades of international business development experience in intellectual property licensing, sales, valuation and strategy to the table. He is an experienced negotiator: adept at creating value for both parties in licensing matters and resolving disputes. His deal experience includes the licensing, divestiture and acquisition of patent portolios; formulating and negotiating patent, trademark and software license agreements; royalty audit settlements; and, creating business cases supporting IP valuations and developing financial structures to bring deals to closure. Keith has been a major advocate for IP owners' rights, and spoken on topics ranging from IP analytics to IP valuation. He has worked at, and consulted for, some of the world's largest IP owners; including Kodak, IBM, Schlumberger, Ericsson and GE. His is currently VP, Intellectual Property at Nagra-Kudelski managing the licensing business. His technical background is software engineering and image science. In addition to his licensing experience, he has many years of product development experience, including developing leading edge technologies, planning product life cycles and communicating effectively with scientists, inventors, engineers and business executives to build strategic IP portfolios. IAM magazine has recognized Keith several times as one of the world's Top IP Strategists, most recently in 2025.
