The program passionately supports 15K+ technologists worldwide and their business partners to foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence that creates differentiated client solutions and growth-enabling infrastructure. The IP team at Morgan Stanley builds out an environment that protects and recognizes the contributions of world-class technologists including software and hardware engineers in areas including big data analytics, AI, cyber defense, large-scale global infrastructure management, digital and end-user solutions, and trading.
