Tracy Cooke is a 13+ years experienced trademark paralegal, including tenures with $1B+ brands such as Tempur-Pedic, Amazon Web Services, Twitch, and currently Electronic Arts.  She is an active member in the trademark community and is a co-chair for INTA’s 2019 Trademark Administrators and Practitioners conference in Berlin, Germany.  Tracy began her career by leveraging her science, marketing, and business background to help build a global brand in the ever growing digital marketing space.  From there, she transitioned into a legal role to help establish the first in-house legal department at Tempur-Pedic.  As Electronic Arts’ Sr. Trademark Specialist, she applies her passions for marketing, video games, and tech to the management of the rapidly-growing company’s global trademark portfolio and clearance process.
